We know you are used to receiving Amazon Prime Same Day shipping but we aren't that fast. We promise it's worth the wait though. Our delivery time varies depending on how busy the season is, if we had your order in-stock or if we had to make it from scratch, etc... Remember everything is hand made right under our own roof so sometimes quality, sustainable products take a little longer. All orders ship from our warehouse in Arizona. Most orders will ship out within three to four (3-4) business days of ordering but sometimes orders can take 7-10 days for your item to ship. Our delivery time varies depending on how busy the season is, if we had your order in-stock or if we had to make it from scratch, etc... Remember everything is hand made right under our own roof so sometimes quality, sustainable products take a little longer. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once we're finished preparing your order, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped which will include tracking information.
If it's already been longer than that, please reach out to cs@yogademocracy.com and we will get you a status update on your order. If we can speed it up, we will. We do everything we can to get your your Yoga Democracy gear as fast as possible.
