It’s been longer than 30 days and I need to return an item. What do I do?

Unless indicated as a final sale item, customers who fall outside of the 30-day return/exchange period but who feel their item has a manufacturer's defect are advised to contact us at cs@yogademocracy.com. Customers will be asked to detail and/or submit a photograph to indicate the defect. If a defect appears likely, US customers will be sent a prepaid shipping label. Customers residing outside of the US will have to pay for the return shipping but will receive a full refund or exchange of equal or lessor value. NOTE: If your product has been altered by either you or us (i.e hemming), it is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
